Brothers and Sisters,

On the eve of these very important mid-term elections, I wanted to take a moment to tell you all how proud I am of what our union, leaders and activists have done to support and elect pro-worker, pro-union candidates. I'm also very proud of the candidates we have supported -- candidates like Joe Sestak and Patrick Murphy in Pennsylvania, two men with distinguished military careers, who support the Employee Free Choice Act; and Governor Ted Strickland in Ohio, an ordained Methodist minister who is creating good jobs.

President Obama and the Democrats are working with us to rebuild the American economy and make sure ours is an economy that works for all Americans. The Republicans continue to reward off-shoring jobs, support huge tax cuts for the wealthy, and want to privatize Social Security.

Please help us turn out union members tomorrow to show that we refuse to go back to the time when the rich rolled over us. Let's stand up for a better, brighter future.

Thanks for all you've done and all you will do. VOTE! Vote for working families! Vote for the future of your kids and grandkids! Vote for an America that rewards hard work and not just the wealthy! But please VOTE!
