Four days before the election, UWUA international and local leadership leafletted the AEP Cardinal Plant in Brilliant, OH to educate their members on the importance of repealing Issue 2. Since there was an outage going on, the plant had upwards of 2,000 union brothers and sisters working, making it by far the largest employer in the eastern Ohio valley region. Response was great from membership who enthusiastically responded that they would vote no on Issue 2 on Tuesday, November 8.
