UWUA loses beloved member and Local 475 Treasurer in tragic boating accident  

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of UWUA member and Local 475 Treasurer,  Joe Wrbas.  Joe passed away on August 20, 2016 as the result of a boating accident. He worked at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania in Butler, Ohio. A loving father, devoted husband, son, uncle and brother, Joe enjoyed boating, spending time at camp with friends and family, hunting and working on various projects with his dad. Joe was very dedicated to his beautiful and precious daughter, Sami and his adoring wife, Dawn. He is also survived by his mother and father, Cathy and Richard Wrbas; his sister Tammy “T.J.” of Butler; his nephew ,Michael; nieces, Katey, and Carly; his mother-in-law, Mary; two sisters-in-law; aunts and uncles.

You can help you make a donation to Samantha Wrbas’s 529 College America Account by sending a check, made out to “College America.” Please mail your check to the below address and specify who the check is for. We will then process the check, submit it to American Funds, and monitor the account to make sure the check was deposited.
