Make your voice heard in Lansing, MI on May 21 – before it’s too late!

WHAT: Rally to protest Gov. Snyder’s $564 million cut to public education

WHO: Teachers, workers and families from across Michigan

WHEN: Saturday, May 21

              Speaking program from 4:00-6:00pm

WHERE: State Capitol Building, 100 Capitol Ave, Lansing, MI

WHY: Later this month, Lansing politicians are expected to cast a final vote on Gov. Snyder’s plan to cut $564 million from our K-12 schools to pay for a $1.8 billion tax break for corporations. Join us on May 21 to fight back and send a message to the politicians that it’s time to stop the power struggles, protect our schools, and start working together to create jobs.

NOTE: Attendees are also encouraged to attend the Michigan Summit in East Lansing on May 21.
